Resolution Partners Micro & Macro is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Lien Negotiation Specialist. The ideal candidate possesses the skills to carry out lien negotiations, manage a heavy caseload of liens and files, and bring rapid file closures while providing the highest quality of service to our insurance carrier/administrator/employer clients.

Have you previously worked as a Lien Negotiator or Collector? Do you have a solid track record of success?
The core of this position is negotiating outstanding Workers’ Compensation liens. In order to do this efficiently and effectively you will need to be able to evaluate a WC claim, looking at payment histories, objections, labor code, and the California Official Medical Fee Schedule to develop your appropriate defenses. Your file should be well-documented and organized, ensuring you are following regulations and company procedures, all while providing great customer service to the adjusters and other client-contacts. Experience and Knowledge: 2 years experience in workers’ compensation, medical claims, bill review and/or WCAB hearings with negotiation experience. Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new software is a must. You will need to have some knowledge of CA Labor code, medical terminology, DWC documents, EAMS/EDEX searches and ICD/CPT codes.
This position is mostly sedentary using a computer and other office equipment. It may require some lifting of large files or local travel outside of the office.
