It is nonsense. RBRVS is a way to reduce doctor payments No reports allowed.Overall less billing. Everything is a fight. UR/IMR prevents patient treatment. Yes the carriers love it but doctors are leaving the system in droves. Soon I suspect there will be a treating doctor crisis. Until then, we will listen to this same “fake news”. Sorry to burst the bubble
