I am a Primary Treating Physician.
Peer-to-Peer call Friday. Dane St gave me the provider number to call. Left voice mail X2 - no call back, date passed. This happens Over and over. Last week, talked to peer reviewer - he made his decision already before talking to me and before due date because he was busy on due date, and had no time to wait for provider call.
Reviewers behave as if the system is made for them - the PTP and patient are unimportant.
