As a resident of the greater Los Angeles area, I understand that there are differences in frequency and costs compared to other areas or regions of California. The article utilizes some form of high/higher/highest 6 times in the article. However, I have to assume the 7th time " more likely to higher a lawyer," was just a cheap shot.
