Headline reads, "Employer Gets Default Judgment for Allegedly Unpaid Premiums," but that is not correct. What happened was creditors got a default judgment against the employer for supposed unpaid work comp premiums, and then the employer moved to have the judgment vacated, and the employer's motion to vacate the default judgment against the employer was granted, and upheld on appeal. Headline is misleading. Perhaps it should read, "Employer Vacates Default Judgment for Allegedly Unpaid Premiums."
