Yet the $100 billion, high speed train that no one wants moves forward. This administration has been marred by the lack of any reasonable sense of priority.

We also need more judges. Setting for trial or continuing cases 4 months out is too long.
If you have a complicated case, it will take you 2 to 3 days to finish a trial. This means at least a year in our system. We need to have continuing days of trial for some cases.
Broken and inefficient system.
