The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division published a revised Bulletin No. 111 to implement legislative and regulatory changes to permanent total and death benefits that take effect at the start of the year.
The revised bulletin also includes a new Form 5332, Notice to Beneficiary of Entitlement to Benefits.
The division said Bulletin No. 111 formerly referred to state average weekly wage percentages as determining the maximum temporary total disability rate. While the average weekly wage determines maximum benefits payable during the fiscal year in which the injury occurs, benefit adjustments for subsequent years are determined by the percentage of increase, if any, in the average weekly wage.
