The Idaho Advisory Committee on Workers’ Compensation is meeting Aug. 8.
Committee members will hear reports on negotiated rule-making activity related to average weekly wage determinations, medical fee schedule reimbursement rates, electronic data interchange housekeeping issues, electronic payment transfers, averaging impairment ratings and attorney fees in claims with Medicare set-asides.
Committee members will also hear a discussion on the definition of “outworker," according to the meeting agenda. The committee will also announce vacancies and elect advisory committee members.
The Advisory Committee on Workers’ Compensation meets at 9 a.m. at 700 S. Clearwater Ln. in Boise.
