Gallagher Bassett on Wednesday launched the GB Transportation practice group that will be dedicated to risk and claims management needs of transportation companies.

The company said it has provided claims and risk management services to transportation clients for more than 50 years, and the creation of a dedicated transportation practice group will allow it to focus on pre- and post-loss best practices that support the unique exposures faced by the industry.

GB’s Transportation Practice leaders include Keith Dunlap, senior vice president, transportation practice; Lori Ilgenfritz, account principal; and April Brackett, vice president, industry marketing.
