LAURA GALE SIMPSON JOINS INGBER & WEINBERG'S ROSEVILLE OFFICE
Workers’ Compensation Defense Firm Ingber & Weinberg, LLP is pleased to announce that we have hired a new associate, Laura Simpson, who will be working full-time from our Roseville location.
Since 2006, Laura has been practicing in workers’ compensation defense litigation in both Northern California and Southern California, where she has specialized in defending public entities, self-insured employers and third party administrators.
In addition, Laura has ten years of civil litigation experience including with the Los Angeles based firm of Parker Stanbury, LLP, where she specialized in handling the defense of employment law matters, including wage and hour, discrimination and wrongful termination. This of course makes her a “natural” for defending 132(a) issues before the WCAB.
Laura received her B.A. from Rutgers University and earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University Law School.
She is very smart, tenacious and has a passion for learning, which are good ingredients for favorable claim outcomes.
The WCAB locations to be handled from our Roseville Office are:
· SAN FRANCISCO
· SAN JOSE
· SANTA ROSA
Please feel free to contact Laura directly for any legal needs or general questions you may have. Her e-mail is Laura@icomplaw.com.
