We are a growing workers' compensation law firm with an immediate need for an Office Manager in our Los Angeles office location.
The following are requirements for the position:
-You must have at least have experience as a legal assistant in workers' compensation defense.
-You must have the ability to manage various legal assistants, administer the office calendar, and manage administrative tasks.
-You must have excellent organizational skills and have great attention to detail.
-You must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Experience with MerusCase software is not required, but a plus.
Job duties include:
-Managing the firm case calendar, scheduling travel, coordinating calendar conflicts, managing the administrative's staff schedules.
-Providing overflow coverage for the legal assistants and problem solving case specific issues.
-Auditing and quality control of case procedures, firm protocol, and of work product.
-Conducting weekly training meetings for the legal assistants.
-Assisting with billing, accounting, and other administrative/office management tasks.
