As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible in assisting the Operations Manager oversee the Quality Assurance Audit process for all Lien Settlements, Court Orders, and Stipulation and Orders to Pay Lien Claimants, in order to eliminate risk and ensure quality service compliant with client guidelines and policy and procedure.

Job Description:
  • Ensure quality of all settlements and billing guidelines are followed
  • Timely delivery of agreements to client and lien claimants per client guidelines
  • Responsible for QAA’s sign off and date for every agreement
  • Ensure quality is maintained for processing of settlements and client request for payments.  
  • Ensure corresponding documentation are accurately filled out and gathered per company policy and procedures
  • Properly enter, save, and update all relevant documents into the HCRG systems
  • Appropriately report corresponding data and reports to management on a daily basis
  • Ensure quality and management of department logs are kept updated
  • Assist in other miscellaneous audit projects with other departments.

Job Qualification
  • Possess strong reasoning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Is reliable, dependable and adaptable
  • Knows medical terminology and is knowledgeable of workers compensation and has related experience in respective field or department, preferred but not necessary
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and our Systems
  • Is able to independently set priorities, multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Is able to communicate clearly by telephone in a professional manner.
  • Have a valid California Drivers’ License

Work Environment:  
  • Usually work regular business hours, although number of files, projects or events may involve working late
  • Generally spend most of time working in offices setting, although client visits, meetings, offsite office training, or marketing conferences will involve travel and offsite locations

Physical Requirements:
  • Possibility the need to move and handle file boxes (approx. 5-15lbs) throughout the company and events which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth.
