We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Team Lead/Senior Account Manager in our Riverside location. They will be responsible for client retention, customer servicing, providing insurance related technical support including providing guidance to clients in terms of risk management, coverage and claim mitigation recommendations. Responsible to assist in growing the book of business in the territories of the Account Executives they support. Responsible to share best practices within the team as well as other internal departments. Responsible to oversee service team in respective branch which includes monitoring and mentoring team to ensure compliance with accountabilities, adherence to internal policies and procedures and overall individual and team development.
MINIMUM SUGGESTED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 6 years insurance experience in account service position. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent insurance experience. Strong background and knowledge of all property and casualty commercial coverages including professional liability required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to work well under pressure without supervision. Insurance Solicitor’s License. Seminars and IEA courses such ARM, CPCU and RPLU classes encouraged.
