this defense firm has no scruples morality or character and show that the legal training they received made them incapable of practicing Law with truth and justice.

And your proof to support this strong accusation?

This is not a defense firm. They are a civil firm that multiple specialties, and one is investigating and litigating insurance fraud. The new game in town appears to be to sue the investigators back. I do not get it. Drobot attempted to do this to Knox Ricksen and Knox Ricksen prevailed in court.

Those who know the attorney's at Knox Ricksen stand by them as I do and are aware of their true character.

Those of us who have been shaken down by them and have been directly harmed by their reckless and unscrupulous practice know what they are capable of doing. They are a disgrace to the legal profession.

Harmed? Reckless? Unscrupulous practices? Incapable of practicing law? Disgrace to the profession? All unproven in a court of law. Last I heard, were all innocent until proven guilty in this country. Give them a chance to defend themselves.

Possibly you are only getting one side of the story?

"John Larsen" and "Reyes & Barsoum" filing a lawsuit claiming they have been wronged is like Al Capone claiming he was treated poorly by the Federal Government. Anyone familiar with the practices of these two organizations knows exactly what I mean. Both deserve the intensive scrutiny they have brought onto themselves due to their business practices. I would never refer a relative or loved one to either.

With regard to Betty's comment: I hope you have the same reverence and moderation when it comes to applicants and providers that have been roasted by commenters on this site in the past. Such restraint would be a refreshing change of pace from the defense community. But to further reiterate the original point, those on the recieving end of this firm's pirate tactics are victims and know full well the truth. As for proof, like all things that will be determined at trial, I guess.

Another example of the money grab in CA WC. The attorneys are accused of wrong doing, the doctors, the insurance carriers and injured workers. What we have is a broken system that revolves around money and not the appropriate medical treatment of truely injured workers. We all forget why we work in this industry and what our purpose is. I surely don't work as an adjuster for the pay! Why would anyone put up with this nonsense. Drobot has plead guilty and is trying to bring down his associates, Landmark will have is day in court, but in the end, those that continuely abuse the system will still be hear.

Really? Asking someone to cease their criminal activity or they will press charges is extortion ? Ridiculous.
