Goldberg Segalla, a national law firm that represents employers, announced the appointment of three partners to its trucking, workers’ compensation and professional liability practices in Princeton, New Jersey.

Peter H. Bach joins the law firm’s Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Goldberg Segalla said Bach has four decades of experience representing clients in state, federal and administrative courts. His practice focuses on the defense of employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims, including Second Injury Fund litigation.

Thomas M. Crino joined the law firm’s Trucking Practice Group. He has nearly two decades' experience representing employers, insurers and individuals, the firm said.

Jonathan L. Berkowitz was appointed to Goldberg Segalla’s Management and Professional Liability, Health Care, Long-Term Care, General Liability and Trucking Practice Groups. He defends home health care agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, substance abuse rehabilitation providers, medical transportation providers, day- and child-care facilities, trucking companies, transportation providers, and construction companies in matters involving management and professional liability.
