Well why has Maximus been taking the 250.00 for the past two months on IBR's. I love how on top of the system the DIR is. You tell us in the end of February that the fees were lowered two months ago. Typical incompetence at DIR and Maximus. I seriously find it hard to believe how out of touch the DIR, and DWC are with what a provider has to go through to be paid on authorized services. The fact that if you forget or have a clerical error and dont do a secondary bill review in the alotted time means that you are never entitled to that money is absolutely ridiculous and unfair...Shame on Baker and Overpeck. You are chasing providers out of the state. These two have to be the most incompetent folks in a long time.
