The Division of Labor and Management will hold a public hearing next month and accept comments on proposed changes to the workers' compensation fee schedule.

The hearing will be at 2 p.m. May 9 in the Sharpe Conference Room, Missouri River Plaza, in Pierre. The changes would affect the relative values manual the department uses and would revise conversion factors for some medical services, the division announced this week.

Those interested in commenting on the changes may appear in person at the hearing or send comments to the division, 123 W. Missouri Ave., Pierre, South Dakota 57501. The comment period will close May 19, the division said.
