Way to go Jerry. Keep the corruption and croniism alive. Can't say I am surprised but this whole group up there are horrible for our state. Unless of course you are part of the CWCI or a large self insured wanting to manipulate the system. Another bad decision by a governor wearing a blindfold.

Good choice. It makes perfect sense to have the person with the most knowledge about the existing rules, regs, and statutes to be running the DWC. Anyone who has attended one of her panel discussions would know that she is as unbiased as they get, and is absolutely concerned with being equitable. To Mr. Lie Detector, it sounds like your problem is with legislation - something Overpeck did not vote on or formally approve of.

Spoken like a real cool-aid drinker! What Gov. Moonbeam is failing to see is that the gene pool is getting smaller and smaller when all he does is play merry-go-round with his repeatedly naming and re-name the same people to different panels and/or boards.
