The problem I see on occasion is when a carrier denies a claim without any good faith. Is there any administrative remedy for this? Is it subject to an audit? It seems to me that there ought to be an audit and a large fine for such Behavior so as to encourage due diligence and fairness. I don't think A mere penalty accomplishes this.
