Insurance Agents are Licensed and typically work as Independent Contractors. Most work independently, selling the policies of multiple Carriers to Customers. Since they all work in the same field of Insurance, they would probably not meet the Dynamex Test for an Independent Contractor. Any time you change the rules, there is potential for collateral damage. This is one example.
