Cronyism, Nepotism, collusion & CORRUPTION permeates ALL SACRAMENTO Government agencies. It’s modis operandi in Sacramento. When you hire based in who you know instead of for experience and skillset, it leads to incompetence and is the epitome of CORRUPTION. Even with this disclosure regarding Baker, she’s still on the state payroll, i.e. being compensated by CA’s taxpayers. Doesn’t get worse than this.
