Such an uplifting news, there are so many employers doing the same and employees are afraid to air this matter for repression reason, and the fear to lose their job that eventually will place them facing difficulties and encounter financial struggles; if this matter is not addressed properly and rapidly, for these facts many prefer to endure and be mute.
