Im all for reducing bureaucracy but the Medicare Set Aside problem won't be solved by applying the workers compensation fee schedule to medicare. The Medicare fee schedule is lower in most cases. In addition without professional administration or the MSA Card workers don't have access to Medical Bill Repricing services that make sure they only pay fee schedule. I wish we all did a better Job thinking about the big picture. Medicare is really critical for 99% of seniors and having it solvent is important to all tax payers.
