Don’t know what study has ever said 91% of treatment is approved.
Who paid for that study?
I question that statistic based on my experience in my practice off real cases.

I think they meant to say .91% of the treatment is approved.

We all know what Mark Twain said about statistics. The best that I, or any other, Applicant's attorney can offer is anecdotal evidence, but in our cases, UR denials abound to deny much needed treatment to injured workers who treat with highly respected doctors in San Diego County (no indictments for this group!) Worst case scenario: QME and 2 very respected spine surgeons requested surgical re-do for failed fusion do to improper hardware, denied repeatedly over three years with our client in severe pain. Finally, he got the surgery approved through Medicare, and he is 80% improved. We have LOTS of similar stories. UR is a disaster, making LC4600 impotent.
