Given the findings of the report why is former director Christine Baker not being prosecuted?
How unfair that people have not been hired and or promoted because one person had preference for a family member for 3 years.

Over reaction by those in charge to shut down the hiring process for one persons actions and failure to deal with the actual problem, former director Christine Baker.

What a waste of taxpayer resources, lets study that!
