Delaying necessary medical treatment prolongs treatment and drives up TTD costs. UR reform is overdue.

A larger culprit is the growth of open inventory. My past dealings with the public sector have lead me to believe there is an under appreciation of the impact of years upon year of stipulated claims.
Unfortunately, few public agencies have the budget or fortitude to settle these older losses and so, the saga continues...
