If there is no response from WCAB Recon Unit to a Petition for Reconsideration after 60 days, does that mean the Petition is denied? If so, how will the parties know that the case is back at the local District Office?
If the WCAB Recon Unit decides to Deny the Petition for Reconsideration and Adopt WCJ's Opinion, will that be done within 60 days, or will it take longer, and how much longer?
