Interesting but rare. Why don’t you ask the applicant attorneys and adjusters the number of Denied Claims and UR/IMR Denials they processed, reviewed and see on any given month? Why not ask the thousands of Calif injured workers who have lost everything and been denied disability & medical benefits by insurance carriers/adjusters, how their lives have been affected? I think that would be relevant and bring more credibility to your organization.
