In most cases the carriers insist on funneling all testing, DME,PT through One Call. Is there a case for an antitrust violation here? For example if I know a certain radiologist gives me accurate readings, why can I refer to him/her instead of the cheapest. That is how medicine was practiced for years. I want my patient to get what I believe to be the best care I can give not the cheapest
