Members of the Idaho Industrial Commission are scheduled to hear a follow-up report recapping a subcommittee discussion of average weekly wages when they meet today in Boise.
The agenda for the meeting doesn’t provide any additional information about the substance of the follow-up report.
Commissioner’s are also scheduled to discuss a statutory change to the definition of “outworker.” An outworker is defined “a person to whom articles or materials are furnished to be treated in any way on premises not under the control or management of the person who furnished them.”
