Florida's Deputy Chief Judge has said merely that he questions whether the Office of Judges of Compensation Claims (OJCC) has jurisdiction over such disputes. All jurisdiction of the OJCC comes from chapter 440, Florida Statutes. There has been no such broad disclaimer as quoted in the article.
