This is a great decision for all. The business day is M-F as Sat & Sun are reserved for religious, social, and cultural time for self-care, family, and rest.

Agreed!

Good decision, good analysis. Using same, it seems clear that no legal proceeding can be compelled on a Saturday or a Sunday. Not only legally, but socially that is an appropriate ruling. Saturdays and Sundays are often days of worship for many faiths.Jewish Shabbat is a weekly day of rest, observed from sundown on Friday until Saturday night. It is also observed by a minority of Christians, such as adherents of Messianic Judaism and Seventh-day Adventists.
In this harried world, where we are expected to be "on" 24/7, weekends should be protected and privileged from legal excursions.
This interpretation should likewise preclude PQME exams and depositions on Saturdays.
