So CAAA concedes that he is not entitled to reinstatement if undocumented yet argues that he should not be required to submit proof of immigration status? Presumably he is seeking reinstatement in this wrongful termination matter. It seems pretty clear how the court will rule. If he is not seeking reinstatement and back wages I don't know why he bothered with the lawsuit.
