well so long as the amended bill states that TD can be extended 90 days per medical treatment dispute, I am fine with that. this wll keep pressure on the adjusters to do UR correctly.

The 104 TTD cap is destroying badly injured workers' lives.
The "rare" extension is a joke. It helps almost no one, will add a burden to injured workers their advocates, and to the courts, yet is made to appear that it actually helps injured workers. And now they want to help the billionaires even more by LIMITING the extension that helps injured workers survive while they obtain the erroneously denied treatment. Disgusting.
We call many of our clients the "pre-homeless" because their benefits run out while they are waiting for AUTHORIZED treatment (4th surgery and post surgical PT.)
