“Did you completely miss the article or could you not read the big works in the story? This is about a QME that made a medical recommendation without a full good faith exam and review of the records as he is EXPECTED to do as a QME. It is his QME license that is suspended and placed on probation, not his medical license. Furthermore, it's not that he recommended pot but rather failed to do what was required of him as a QME. If you want pot legalized - take it before the voters but otherwise, let's try and get these QME's honest!”

“Did "adjuster" read the story or just glace at it? The article does not deal with a QME or even a work-comp related evaluation. It concerns a medical doctor who happens to hold a QME certication. Once again as is the case in today's compensation environment the defese immediately takes the lead to criminalize doctors in the system without proper vetting or evidence....”
