An attorney representing convicted former Kentucky insurance agent W. Anthony Huff said in a letter Tuesday that Huff did nothing wrong in connection with the purchase of a Texas-based insurer by failed Oklahoma workers' compensation carrier Park Avenue Property and Casualty Co.
