The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the 2nd District Court of Appeal to hear a challenge by the California Insurance Guaranty Association to an order compelling it to pay half the cost of a worker's treatment and medical-legal expenses.

CIGA Announces May Committee Meetings in Los Angeles
