Lucy Shannon drives the content research and development behind ReedGroup’s web-based, health and productivity toolkit, MDGuidelines®. She is responsible for new product initiatives within the Guidelines business, including integration of data and content on occupational health, clinical practice guidelines, medical and statutory return-to-work considerations, and predictive and preventive recommendations. Before joining Reed Group in 2001, she worked with banking and engineering firms on issues of accounting and compliance. Ms. Shannon has 18 years of experience with ReedGroup and holds a B.S. from the University of Oregon.
