Ann has a passion for bringing innovation in the Workers Compensation industry which is what led her to Telemedicine at Concentra. She has over thirty years experience in workers’ compensation. Prior to joining Concentra as the Vice President of Telemedicine Operations, she served as Vice President of Risk Management at Macy’s, Inc. At her former employer, she led for over two decades the expansion of the company’s self-insured, self-administered program, during corporate growth to 150,000 employees, multiple corporate acquisitions, managed care innovations and state system reforms. Ann served as the original dean of the School of Workers’ Compensation for the CLM. Ann is a graduate of Wilmington College, Wilmington, OH. She has CPCU, AIC and LMI designations.
