David J. Chetcuti has forty-two (42) years experience in all aspects of workers� compensation claims.� He is a former vice-president for the world's largest insurance broker, in charge of workers; compensation claims consulting services.� He is also a former director of education and development for the second largest workers' compensation insurance company in California, as well as a former director of workers� compensation for a Fortune 100 company. David Chetcuti is a professor of workers� compensation law having taught college accredited classes over the past 31-years in California and other states.� He is also certified by the State of California, Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education, to teach Workers� Compensation Law and Procedures.� It is estimated that over his career Prof. Chetcuti has taught workers� compensation seminars and classes to over 21,000 students.
