Richard is the Vice President of Specialized Investigations, which is a statewide company in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Texas, and ID, with over 95 employees. He brings over 37 years of experience as an investigator and has worked in management for over 25 years. Richard manages the daily operations of the business, along with business development and client retention and has spoken at many international, national, and local association conferences and events, as well as training many Investigators and Insurance industry SIU and Claims personnel.
Certified as a Fraud Examiner (CFE) by the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), membership requires a minimum of 12 years experience and education in fraud-related work, (1993);
Designated as a Certified Professional Investigator (CPI) by the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI);
Certification in Workers� Compensation Claims Administration (WCCA) by the Insurance Educational Association (IEA);
Certified as a Fraud Specialist (CFS) by the Association of Certified Fraud Specialists (ACFS);
