Lynne Watt Manager-Risk Management & Insurance Saint-Gobain Corporation Joining Saint-Gobain’s Risk Management Department in 2005, Lynne manages, from “soup to nuts’, the North American workers’ compensation, auto liability, DBA, and EPL coverages for 200+ manufacturing locations with 15,000 employees. Managing a $30M workers’ compensation program, Lynne works closely with EHS, Legal, and HR to mitigate claim costs and address injury prevention. Lynne is also the driving force behind Saint-Gobain’s biennial best practices conference for over 100+ internal business contacts and enjoys sharing best practices and her claim expertise with others through various educational forums. Lynne brings over 25 years’ claim experience as well as a dedication to excellent customer service to Saint-Gobain. Her prior experience includes working for a major carrier as well as several boutique third party administrators. Having earned her BA in International Relations from Ursinus College and her Masters of Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University, Lynne resides outside of Philadelphia with her three daughters.
