Enlyte Group, the San Diego-based parent brand of Mitchell, Genex and Coventry, on Tuesday announced that Steve Laudermilch has joined the company from Argo Group International Holdings Ltd. to serve as executive vice president and general manager of Mitchell International’s Casualty Solutions Group.

With 25 years of senior leadership experience in workers' compensation and auto casualty claims, Laudermilch will be charged with leading Mitchell’s CSG, bringing claims technology and workflow connectivity services to the auto casualty and workers' comp markets.

Prior to joining Enlyte, Laudermilch served as U.S. chief claims officer with Argo Group. Prior to Argo, Laudermilch held key positions at property and casualty carrier Chubb and Deloitte Consulting.

Laudermilch has a master's from Saint Joseph’s University and a bachelor's from Ursinus College.
