AmTrust Title Insurance recently announced that Michael Bebon has joined its commercial real estate division as senior executive vice president of direct operations.

Bebon will also bring a team of underwriters from his Team Bebon company. Bebon, his underwriters, producers and salespeople will operate under the Team Bebon name in AmTrusts's office in midtown Manhattan.

Bebon is joining AmTrust after 32 years as a sales executive with Lawyers Title/Commonwealth Land Title, where he was the most successful salesperson in the company’s history, according to AmTrust. He has insured more than $600 billion in real estate transactions in the U.S., including offices, ground-up condo developments, gaming, hotels/resorts, multifamily residences, retail and energy.

AmTrust Title is a wholly owned subsidiary of AmTrust Financial Services Inc., an insurance holding company headquartered in New York and offering specialty property and casualty insurance products, including workers' compensation, general liability and business owners' policies.
