One80 Acquires PMC Insurance Group

Specialty insurance broker One80 Intermediaries Inc. announced on Tuesday it has acquired PMC Insurance Group, a Bedford, Massachusetts-based workers’ compensation wholesale broker and program manager.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
PMC Insurance Group provides exclusive and semi-exclusive specialty insurance programs for commercial clients in health care and home health, trucking and transportation, construction and maritime, and temporary staffing services.
