Those in power are trying to rid the system of any treatment professional that is not completely under the control of the claims adjusting agencies. They are working toward "industrial clinic, only" treatment. This is why they investigate so many doctors.

Curiously, industrial clinics "self refer" almost exclusively. But the doctors are "employees" so the " clinic owners" skirt the law while reaping the monetary rewards of self referral. As they are controlled by the claims' adjusting agencies, they are all but immune to any type of prosecution.

It is a racket...
