Although this is supposedly a fee increase, for those of us that primarily do ML104 reports it is a fee decrease. I calculated that at $3 per page, i would earn $153 per hour in record review AFTER the number of pages was counted and the records put in chronological order. My barber earns $100 per hour. My business atty charges $775 per hour. I foresee a significant decrease in the quality of ML reporting and more doctors dropping out of the QME program.
