One Call, a provider of specialty network management services for the workers' compensation industry, announced its newly appointed board of directors.

Kent Spafford has been named vice chairman and will continue to serve as a full-time adviser to the company. Spafford has more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the workers' compensation industry, and more than 20 years with One Call.
Jay Krueger has been appointed as an independent member of the board. Krueger was head of strategy and product development for OptumRx's workers' compensation division. He also served as executive vice president of strategy and enterprise integration for Helios.
Krueger has more than 20 years of experience in both the workers' compensation and health care industries.
Thomas Warsop III is another new independent member of the board. Warsop was previously chairman and CEO of York Risk Services Group Inc. He served as CEO of The Warranty Group Inc., group president and chief sales officer for Fiserv Inc. and financial services president for Electronic Data Systems Corp.
Warsop is also a board member for ACI Worldwide and has more than 30 years of experience in technology, financial services, insurance and workers' compensation.
