Once again, workers are abused by sweat shop type labor in the clothing industry. Once again, insurance carriers find out that be far the biggest amount of fraud in the workers compensation is committed by employers under reporting payroll and mis classifying employees occupations to cheat insurance carriers. Still, the workers get all the blame for the ills of the workers compensation system, and get to suffer from all the "reforms."
