I cannot believe that this is the first comment. maybe if the Board would start to sanction frivolous recons it would deter counsel from filing an automatic recon upon losing. Anyone else have anything to say?

Agree wholeheartedly...... But "more time" should be a reasonable time. I just waited three years to get a decision from the Board remanding back to the WCJ. Three years is not reasonable in my opinion.
